I can be pretty handy around a PC.  I am not a certified computer repairman nor a computer salesman and I would be happy to try and answer your questions at no charge.  However;

Sometimes, the answer(s) to your question(s) may be a little bit more complex than you had hoped for.

Sometimes a simple "try this" or "try that" may be all you need.  And that would make both of us happy.

But if I cannot answer your question, I will tell you so.  If I can answer your question, and the answer is a little bit more than you feel comfortable handling, you might need to have someone look at your PC.  If that's the case, you could;

1.    Have repair facility representative come to your home and take a look at your PC for lots of bucks.

2.    Invite me to your home to take a look at your PC for lots less.

3.    Take your PC to a repair facility and spend lots of bucks.

4.    Bring your PC to me and spend lots less.

By the way, if I can't fix it or help you, I won't charge you anything.
